Hi, I’m Christina Ehrenreich, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for supporting children, teens, young adults, and families through challenges related to anxiety, trauma, and depression. I have a special interest in helping adolescents build confidence and explore their identity in a safe, affirming space. My approach is warm and collaborative, creating room for clients to be themselves, work through what’s holding them back, and take steps toward meaningful growth. With over a decade of experience in community mental health, including several years in school-based settings, I take a strengths-based, flexible approach to therapy. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) model to meet each client’s unique needs. Clients often describe me as approachable, grounded, and easy to connect with. I believe in the power of strong therapeutic relationships and aim to meet each person with empathy, humor, and respect. Outside the therapy space, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family, and trying new sourdough recipes. If you’re looking for authentic, affirming support, I’d love to connect. Reach out today to get started!Christina Ehrenreich, LPC
