Alyssa Scivoletti, MFT

Clinician Bio

Hi, I’m Alyssa Scivoletti, a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in high-conflict couples and families, as well as trauma and burnout.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to face challenges, heal, and grow.

I have extensive experience working with trauma and am trained in sex therapy, with a strong focus on supporting clients navigating complex relational dynamics. I hold specific expertise in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and those practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM), offering affirming care that honors identity, choice, and lived experience.

I use evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices to support clients through emotional pain, relationship struggles, and personal growth. I meet clients in the messy middle of life, offering grounded, compassionate guidance through the most challenging moments.

With over 3 years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, always centering empathy, trust, and collaboration in the healing process.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me spending time with my four dogs, doing hot Pilates, or enjoying an iced coffee.

I look forward to working with you. Contact me today to begin your journey toward healing, connection, and self-discovery.

Let me know if you need any additional details. Thanks for your help!
