I am located in Central Texas, between San Antonio and Austin. I offer individual therapy for adolescents through seniors. My philosophy is
a person centered approach to helping individuals explore all parts of a person’s past and current circumstances so that the process can help in giving insight for healing and growth. I use an eclectic approach tailored to each individual's circumstances such as CBT, SFT, ACT, IFS, CSTIP as well as trauma therapy.
I believe it should not be so hard to live better. I can help you with life’s dilemmas. Many of my sessions also incorporate an in-session or homework activity for continued critical thinking.
