Hi, I’m a clinician with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and an Associate-level certification in Substance Use Counseling. For over ten years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life including individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges, as well as those managing both mental health and substance use concerns. My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience supporting people dealing with mood disorders (like depression and bipolar disorder), personality disorders, and thought disorders such as schizophrenia. I offer both individual and group therapy, and I have a particular interest in men’s mental health helping men navigate identity, emotional expression, trauma, and life transitions in a supportive, judgment-free space.
