I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 11 years of experience. My experience includes working with individuals, families and teens that have struggled with anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. I am trauma and mediation informed. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Solution Focused Therapy which has helped clients thrive through life obstacles.

Throughout my journey into adulthood, I often felt unheard and unseen-and that experience continues to shape my empathy and understanding as a therapist. These personal struggles and life experiences have led me to stay inspired and dedicate my career to helping others feel seen and supported. I am inspired by my passion for helping others feel truly valued. I am passionate about creating a space that is supportive where people can express themselves, be ready to grow and feel deeply understood.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out at the gym and exploring new experiences that promote learning new things.
