Running a group practice? Here’s the quick version:

This is a referral directory, so listings are always individual—not one page for the whole practice.
You have 2 ways to manage it:
1. One Account (Most Common)
- Create one account for your practice
- Add a listing for each therapist
- Set a contact email per listing (so inquiries go where you want)
- Everything stays in one dashboard
2. Separate Logins (Advanced)
- Each therapist creates their own account
- ⚠️ Each therapist needs their own email address
(usually from your practice domain) - If someone leaves, they keep their profile
💡 Most practices start with one account — it’s simpler and works great.
Once you have a listing, you can manage everything from your dashboard.
