Mary is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor helping high achievers, perfectionists, and self-critical humans struggling with anxiety, trauma, or burnout move from overwhelm to clarity, calm, and sustainable performance. Using a collaborative, trauma informed approach, she supports nervous system regulation and lasting change through personalized, evidence-based care.

Mary also provides premarital counseling and couple check ups to help couples build and maintain strong communication, deepen connection, and create a resilient foundation for lasting partnership.
