Kristen Connor, LCSW

Clinician Bio

Welcome!

So happy to have you here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience treating a variety of populations and age ranges. I work primarily with adults, young adults, and adolescents experiencing a range of diagnoses and challenges including Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, adjustment disorder, trauma, grief, familial conflict, and various life transitions.

I also have experience working with autism spectrum disorder, early intervention (ages 0–3 years), the LGBTQ+ population, couples, and providing parent support and guidance, and academic consultation.

During your treatment, we will explore what types of goals and needs you might have, and then develop an individualized treatment plan to best suit your needs and priorities.

I offer a warm, supportive, strengths-based, holistic approach. I commit to being able to consistently show up and engage in this incredible work with you. I love being able to be here on the journey with you, supporting you every step of the way as you aim to make positive changes in your life!

Outside of work, my biggest passion is fitness and spending my time at the gym, and going for walks with my dog and family.

Let’s start tackling the stressors and challenges you’re facing together. Grab a coffee or tea, a snack, a heated blanket, your pet, a fidget, or whatever makes you feel cozy for our virtual sessions from the comfort of your own home.

All are welcome!
