Hi, I’m Jennifer Hernandez, LCSW, a trauma-informed Psychotherapist specializing in integrated complex trauma, anxiety, and stress management. I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally disconnected begin to heal and regain control of their lives.

Using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I support clients in navigating complex emotions, trauma recovery, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and creating a safe, collaborative space where healing can begin.

I hold certifications in Integrated Complex Trauma, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Family Journey interventions. With years of experience serving underserved and bilingual communities, I work with adults, families, and caregivers to build emotional resilience and restore self-worth.

Outside the therapy room, I find inspiration in writing, community wellness, and spending time with my family.
