Christina Ehrenreich, LPC

Clinician Bio

Hi, I’m Christina Ehrenreich, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for supporting children, teens, young adults, and families through challenges related to anxiety, trauma, and depression. I have a special interest in helping adolescents build confidence and explore their identity in a safe, affirming space. My approach is warm and collaborative, creating room for clients to be themselves, work through what’s holding them back, and take steps toward meaningful growth. With over a decade of experience in community mental health, including several years in school-based settings, I take a strengths-based, flexible approach to therapy. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) model to meet each client’s unique needs. Clients often describe me as approachable, grounded, and easy to connect with. I believe in the power of strong therapeutic relationships and aim to meet each person with empathy, humor, and respect. Outside the therapy space, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family, and trying new sourdough recipes. If you’re looking for authentic, affirming support, I’d love to connect. Reach out today to get started!
