I believe each child and family is unique in their strengths and struggles they may need support in. I approach each child and family unit with an individualized set of goals and treatment interventions. Despite any diagnosis, every child feels joy and happiness. It is my job to help that child and family reach their happiness, acceptance of the diagnosis and support in any difficulties that may come along this journey of Autism. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Child Study from the University of Saint Joseph. I received my Masters degree, in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Ball State University. I am a Board certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) and have been working in the field for twelve years. I have consulted in school districts, worked in homes, daycares and clinic based settings. I have developed and run social skills groups for all ages( 2-18). I serve clients from ages 2 to adulthood, on the Autism Spectrum. While working with clients, I help guide and support parents, through parent training, in practices of ABA. I pride myself in creating individualized goals, programs and interventions that are based on the specific needs of the child and family. Whether you have a goal for your child to be toilet trained by age 5 or have their first job interview, I am here to help guide, support and get to know you and your family! I am a first time mom to a beautiful baby boy, so navigating motherhood is my new journey! If I am not working with children and families, you can find me on the beach or at my camper with my family.Taylor Brinker BCBA, LBA
