About my approach (style) to therapy…

I work alongside you every step of the way. We collaboratively decide what you want to focus on. I provide you tools and ideas to help you on your path. I will also point out patterns and cycles that I see happening so these can be addressed.

About my background and training…

I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Transpersonal Psychology. I view healing as an integration between mind, body and spirit. I also have been EMDR trained and work with clients to help them heal their traumas. I also draw from CBT and Mindfulness, along with Solution-based Therapy.

About my work (ideal clients)…

I enjoy working with people who are involved in relationships that aren’t working for them and they may not know why or what is happening. I will work alongside you to determine what you want and help you identify what you might need to do next in your relationship. If your relationship isn’t working for you, let’s explore why. I act as a guide on your journey. You have the answers you need and I want to support you as you decide what is best for you.

About me (personal interests)…

I am very passionate about being in nature when not working. I believe that it can be very healing. I love to hike and mountain bike. I am an animal lover and currently have a 15-year-old Terrier mix named Dexter. I love to travel and have been to several countries around the world.
