My approach to therapy centers on collaboration and solution-focused strategies. I work closely with each patient to understand their unique experiences and perspectives, empowering them to participate actively in their healing journey. Together, we identify practical solutions that promote growth and resilience, ensuring the therapeutic process is empowering and tailored to their needs. My extensive background and training provide a solid foundation for my practice. I am a newly graduated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-APRN) with a strong foundation built over years of hands-on experience in case management, women’s health, community health, and psychiatry. My background includes over five years as a case manager, supporting vulnerable populations such as unhoused and formerly unhoused individuals. I also bring more than seven years of experience as a registered nurse, where I honed my clinical and leadership skills in diverse settings. A deep passion for helping individuals drives my work. I enjoy working with both teens (13-18) and adults (18-70), helping them navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care that addresses their unique needs through therapeutic interventions or medication management. I aim to empower individuals by supporting their mental health journeys and fostering resilience through collaborative, patient-centered care. I am a Connecticut native who spent 11 years in Colorado before returning to my roots in CT. I enjoy reading, gardening, and traveling in my free time—especially to beaches, theme parks, and historic towns. I am passionate about living an authentic life and encourage my clients to do the same, embracing each moment with intention and purpose.Pamela Line, PMHNP-BC
