As a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I prioritize building strong therapeutic alliances with my patients. I believe in fostering empathy and effective communication to support them on their journey towards mental wellness.

About my background and training:

I bring 13 years of clinical nursing experience to my practice. My educational journey includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Magna Cum Laude), followed by a Master’s in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and post-master’s training in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

About my work and ideal clients:

I specialize in providing individualized treatment plans for individuals of all age groups. My expertise lies in managing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more. I particularly focus on helping clients struggling with stress, trauma, addiction, and major life changes, aiming to help them achieve stability in their mental health and overall well-being.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my family, delving into books, and rejuvenating with walks.
