About my approach (style) to therapy…

With experience as a LCSW and Health Coach, I utilize a holistic approach providing individual counseling to help you identify your strengths, goals, and barriers. By working together as a team, I will assist you in acquiring and incorporating skills that will allow you to improve your overall wellness.

About my background and training…

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut and Tennessee. I graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work and worked in the healthcare field for the past 10 years. I have completed various training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and more. I also became a Certified Health Coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.

About my work (ideal clients)…

I enjoy working with individuals on improving communications skills, navigating relationships, enhancing self-care and motivation as well as working with individuals experiencing an acute and/or chronic medical condition. I work from a person-centered, strength-based approach & believe that building trust within the therapeutic relationship is a key part of therapy. I incorporate various styles of treatment and modalities to meet your specific needs.

About me (personal interests)…

I was raised in Connecticut and spent many years in Nashville, TN which opened my eyes to a variety of music genres. I enjoy spending my free time seeing live music and going to concerts. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and seeing my friends and family. Traveling, practicing yoga, being active, cooking, relaxing, and spending time with my loved ones is what brings me joy on a daily basis.
